MANCHESTER COUNCIL MUST BE PLEASED IT HAS SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON GETTING A COMPLICATED LAW THROUGH PARLIAMENT IN TIME TO PERSECUTE PEDLARS OVER THE BANK HOLIDAY -  BUT LOOK WHAT HAPPENED IN NEW YORK CITY:

IT WAS THIS ALERT THAT SAVED CENTRAL MANHATTEN FROM GETTING DEVASTATED .. & SO WHY DOES MANCHESTER COUNCIL VIEW PEDLARS AS A PROBLEM BECAUSE IT WASN’T THE LOCAL AUTHORITY LICENSING OFFICER ON A SUNDAY “DAY OFF” THAT PREVENTED DEVASTATION BUT A PEDLAR ..?
