Complaint to the Commission of the European Communities Concerning Failure to Comply with Community Law
On 12 December 2013 a Formal Complaint was sent to the Commission about HMG’s implementation of the European Services Directive into UK law – the Provision of Services Regulations 2009 in which Section 45 exposes pedlars to potential victim status under street trading regulation in circumvention of Article 1.5 of the Directive.
