18 December 2013 – HC Library update – Pedlars

Alun Cairns MP on behalf of his pedlar constituent requested an update on pedlary from the House of Commons Library that had a Note dated 12 June 2012 published here. 

A pedlars.info rebuttal to the Note was invited by BIS in November and is published here.

Concern about the Note was sent by letter to the Permanent Secretary for BIS Martin Donnelly and is published here.

The latest Note to Alun Cairns MP dated 18 December 2013 is published here but failed to address concerns raised in the rebuttal.

Mr Donnelly did not reply to the November letter and a second letter was sent and is published here.
