HMG: This is your URN point of contact. I say again your concerns are ignored.

PEDLARS: Negative. We say again you will have to divert your course.

HMG: This is the Department of Business Innovation and Skills of Her Majesty’s Government building a dynamic and competitive UK economy by creating the conditions for business success; promoting innovation, enterprise and science; and giving everyone the skills and opportunities to succeed. We are accompanied by very powerful forces competent in not reading what you are sending and if we read them then we have powers to misinterpret simple plain English, powers to say we haven’t time and the penultimate luxurious power to deny your request to inform the captain of our ship. We are going to sail our course no matter what because we have the power and after we have executed the full force of that power we may then read your correspondence. These counter-measures will be undertaken to ensure the safety of this BIS ship.
