Avon & Somerset police invited pedlars.info to critique a guidance notice intended to inform pedlars in that jurisdiction.

 

The “Notice to Pedlar” leaflet has been carefully scrutinised with commentary throughout.

The critique is a damning rebuttal of opinion not supported in law, reasoned not fit for purpose, menacing and at worst an invidious invitation for self-incrimination.
